Language and Interpreter Assessments
We offer a comprehensive bilingual capacity assessment service designed to test a candidate's oral language skills in English and the non-English language, their knowledge of general medical (or other industry-specific) terminology, as well as their ability to accurately transfer meaning.
Facility and Program Assessment
We assess an organization's interpreter services program and report on its performance against organizational objectives. We evaluate the program from top to bottom including information systems, costs, labor efficiencies, and patient and staff satisfaction.
Program Guidance
We recommend courses of action to achieve organizational goals. Guidance may be necessary when there are new budgetary restrictions and creative options need to be implemented.
Management and Provider Training
We provide specific training and education for cultural and linguistic competency issues customized to achieve any organizational objectives. Participants learn about federal and state policies supporting the use of professional interpreters and the reasons behind such decisions.
